1. 2. The Controller processes personal data based on the following legal grounds and for the following purposes:

• for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
• for statistical purposes (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. The Controller processes personal data in the form of an email address and/or phone number, and any data provided by the sender in the body of the email message sent to [email protected], including name and surname.
4. If you provide personal data in the content of an email or SMS message, you do so voluntarily; providing an email address and phone number is necessary for establishing contact via electronic correspondence. Providing other data is not required.
5. Personal Data is not transferred to third countries, not subject to profiling, and decisions regarding personal data are not made automatically. Recipients of your personal data may include IT service providers for the Controller and authorities entitled to obtain the data under applicable legal provisions.
6. Personal Data sent via email or SMS will be stored for a period of two years. If the Controller is entrusted with handling a case or legal assistance is commissioned, data processing will be based on a different legal ground, and the User will receive appropriate information on a separate form.
7. An individual whose data is processed has the right to request from the Controller access to their personal data; rectification; erasure; restriction of processing; objection to processing; and the right to data portability.
8. If the processing is based on consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
9. A User whose data is processed has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing of personal data violates the law.
