Ceramic Decal

Studio Ceramika specializes in ceramic decal printing on glass and porcelain. We print decals for our own production needs and for individual client orders. Our partners include porcelain factories, ceramic studios and workshops, artists, as well as schools and universities with artistic and ceramic profiles.

We carry out the entire production process in-house—from design and shape adaptation to the printing technique and matching colors from a palette of ceramic ink.

The cost of ceramic decal printing is calculated individually for each order. Price-influencing factors include: quantity, number of colors, and type of inks or precious metals used (gold or platinum).

Technology

Firing temperatures:

Ceramic decal on glass: 500–600°C
Ceramic decal on-glaze porcelain: regular firing 760–860°C, quick firing 900°C
Ceramic decal in-glaze porcelain: 1150–1200°C

Color Options:

Glass: limited palette, metallic colors, sandblasting imitation, satin, matte, and options to print with gold or platinum.
Onglaze porcelain: wide color palette, metallic colors, relief effect, and gold or platinum printing possible.
Inglaze porcelain: limited palette, metallic colors with no possibility of gold or platinum printing.
